Seller Policy
1. Seller Registration & Account Management
Sellers must provide accurate details including bank/UPI info and documentation. After registration they gain access to a management panel to upload and manage products. Sellers must keep listings, prices, and stock accurate.
2. Product Listings and Standards
Listings must include accurate titles, descriptions, prices, variants, warranties, and high-quality images. Prohibited items include counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe products. Favescart may moderate or remove listings that violate policies.
3. Commission, Fees, and Settlements
Favescart charges a platform commission between 10% and 15% depending on category. Payment gateway charges, if any, are deducted before settlement. Settlements are processed within 7 business days after successful delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Sellers must dispatch within 24–36 hours of payment confirmation and ensure secure packaging. Favescart may withhold settlements for non-compliance.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Sellers must comply with Favescart's Refund & Return Policy and reimburse verified shipping costs where applicable.
6. Responsibilities and Code of Conduct
Sellers must operate with integrity and respond promptly to customer queries. Repeated complaints may lead to suspension or termination.
7. Favescart Rights
Favescart may suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate platform policies and may update commission structures or guidelines with prior notice.
